Our Commitment to Your Peace of Mind
To ensure all our guests have a safe and unforgettable stay, we have established some rules of coexistence that we ask you to read and sign virtually (or upon check-in).
1. Pool Regulations (Disclaimer)
The pool area is the heart of the villa. For your safety:
No Lifeguard: The pool is unsupervised. Use is at your own risk.
An oasis designed for adults: Villa del Sole was created as an intimate retreat, designed exclusively for couples' relaxation, intimacy, and the silence of a peaceful retreat. To preserve this atmosphere of absolute tranquility, and due to the lack of a lifeguard, the property is not suitable or authorized to accommodate children or minors. Every corner of the villa and the pool is dedicated to offering you an unforgettable romantic escape, protected from all distractions.
Safety: Diving and bringing glass containers (bottles/glasses) onto the pool deck are prohibited.
Parties or events not previously agreed with the property are not permitted.
3. Space Care
Treat the villa as if it were your own home. Any damage to furnishings or equipment must be reported promptly.
Smoking Policy - Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
Legal Notice and Acceptance
By staying at Villa del Sole, the guest declares that he has read and fully accepts these regulations, releasing the property from any liability for injuries resulting from improper use of the facilities (including the swimming pool) or from failure to comply with the above-mentioned rules.
Choosing Villa del Sole means immersing yourself in an oasis of privacy and beauty, a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly relax. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere that characterizes our property, we invite you to consider the Villa your exclusive retreat.
To ensure complete exclusivity and your utmost safety, access to the property and use of all its amenities—including the pool—are reserved exclusively for guests registered upon arrival.
It is not permitted to welcome external visitors or undeclared persons, unless prior and specific agreement has been reached with us.
Likewise, the swimming pool was designed as a corner of absolute serenity.
In this corner of paradise, every rule isn't a limitation, but a form of respect for the beauty that surrounds you and for your own tranquility.
We thank you for choosing to protect, together with us, the enchantment of Villa del Sole.
